摘要
综述肠道菌群与中药的相互作用研究进展。中药与肠道菌群之间的作用是双向的:一方面肠道菌群会对中药进行代谢,其结果可能是增加药效或降低毒性,也可能会生成毒性代谢产物;另一方面中药能够通过调控肠菌的构成来治疗疾病,同时肠道菌群构成的改变也可能导致其代谢能力发生改变,从而引起中药组分相互作用。
This paper reviews the research progress of interaction between gut microbiota and Chinese medicine.The interaction between gut microbiota and Chinese medicine is bidirectional.On the one hand,the gut microbiota can metabolize Chinese medicine.As a result,it may increase the efficacy or reduce the toxicity,and may also produce the toxic metabolites.On the other hand,Chinese medicine can treat diseases via gut microbiota modulation.Meanwhile,changes in the composition of gut microbiota may lead to changes in their metabolic capabilities and cause the interactions among the constituents of Chinese medicine.
