Cui Yun’s experience in treating andrological diseases with Danggui Shaoyao powder

探析崔云教授运用当归芍药散治疗男科疾病的临证经验。认为男科疾病的主要病机不离气血失和,以湿、浊、痰、瘀、毒为主要病理产物,治疗多基于肝肾同源、肝脾失和、脾肾互资等理论,运用宏观辨证、微观辨"精"之模式,选取当归芍药散辨证论治。

This paper explores Professor Cui Yun’s clinical experience in treating andrological diseases with Danggui Shaoyao powder.It is considered that the main pathogenesis of andrology diseases is due to disharmony of qi and blood,with dampness,turbidity,phlegm,blood stasis and poison as the main pathological products.And the diseases are treated with Danggui Shaoyao powder by the method of macroscopic syndrome differentiation and micro differentiation of essence based on the theories of the liver and the kidney sharing the same origin,disharmony of the liver and the spleen,and mutual nourishing of the spleen and the kidney.
