中国式现代化道路的政治文明意蕴集中体现在以新型国家制度为支撑的中国特色社会主义政治发展道路。新型国家制度建设同社会主义文明探索相同步,贯穿于中国共产党的百年奋斗史,经历四个历史时期、五次历史性发展进程。新型国家制度是反思资本主义现代性、批判解构资本主义国家制度的产物,在当代中国是中国特色社会主义国家制度的等义统称,它坚持以社会主义公有制为主体的经济基础,以中国共产党为领导核心和政治核心,秉持人民至上政治价值观,实行民主集中制,发展全过程人民民主,内嵌着统一战线底色,实现了“社会主义”、“中国特色”、“新现代性”三重属性相统一。新型国家制度是社会主义文明在政治维度的集中体现,以人民逻辑突破资本逻辑对现代国家制度建设的支配作用,以中国式民主批判和超越西式民主,它以自身成功实践确证人类制度文明和制度形式的多样性,丰富人类政治文明形态,有着世界历史意义。

The political civilization of Chinese modernization path is mainly reflected on the political development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics supported by the new state system.The construction of the new state system is synchronized with the exploration of a new socialist civilization,and it runs through the hundred-year struggle history of the CPC which has experienced four historical periods and five historical developments.The new state system is the product of rethinking the modernity of capitalism and criticizing and deconstructing the modern state system of capitalism,and it is the equivalent general term of the socialist state system with Chinese characteristics in contemporary China.The new state system adheres to the economic foundation with socialist public ownership as the main body,and it takes the CPC as the leading core and political core,upholds the political values of people first,implements democratic centralism,develops people’s democracy in the whole process,and it is embedded with the background of the united front,which has been unified the three attributes of"socialism","Chinese characteristics"and"new modernity".The new state system is the concentrated embodiment of socialist civilization in the political field,and it breaks through the dominant role of capital logic in the construction of modern state system with people’s logic,criticizes and surpasses western-style democracy with the Chinese style democracy,confirms the diversity of human institutional civilization and institutional forms with its own successful practice,which has enrich the form of human political civilization,and it has world historical significance.
