国外习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究述评

A Review of Foreign Studies on Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

党的十九大以来,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想成为海内外热点议题。国外研究考察了这一思想的提出背景,聚焦于经济发展、民主政治、强军思想、外交政策和政党建设等主要内容,并总结了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想时代性与民族性相统一、继承性与创新性相统一、系统性与协调性相统一、战略性与开放性相统一、问题导向与目标导向相统一的主要特点,探究了其海内外深远影响。这反映了国外中国研究的新动态和中国特色社会主义的国际新形象,是把握国外中国叙事体系并构建中国话语体系的必要参考。当然,国外习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究具有内容丰富、方法多样、视角新颖等可资借鉴之处的同时,也不乏有较大的局限。

Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has become a hot topic at home and abroad since its introduction in the 19th National Congress.Oversea researches have examined the background of this thought,mainly focusing on economic development,democratic politics,powerful army thought,foreign policy and party construction,as well as summed up the unity of this ideological era and nationality,inheritance and innovation,systematicness and coordination,strategy and openness,problem orientation and goal orientation,exploring the far-reaching influence at home and abroad.Oversea researches reflect the new development of overseas Chinese studies and China’s new international image.It is also a necessary reference for grasping the foreign Chinese narrative system and constructing China’s discourse system.Oversea researches are characterized by rich content,diverse methods,novel perspectives,etc.,but at the same time,they have their limitations.
