桑芩合剂联合鼻部划痕术治疗肺经风热型酒渣鼻的临床观察

Clinical observation of Sangqin Mixture combined with nasal scratch surgery in treatment of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian

目的:观察桑芩合剂联合鼻部划痕术治疗肺经风热型酒渣鼻的临床疗效。方法:将95例肺经风热型酒渣鼻患者随机分为对照组(46例)、治疗组(49例),对照组予常规鼻部划痕术治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用桑芩合剂。分别于术后3个月、6个月、12个月进行随访,观察两组鼻形恢复情况,比较鼻部皮肤红斑、毛细血管扩张、油脂分泌程度、鼻部皮肤增厚评分的变化情况。结果:①术后6个月、12个月整体鼻形恢复情况比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②术后3个月、6个月、12个月与治疗前组内比较,两组鼻部皮肤红斑、毛细血管扩张、油脂分泌、皮肤增厚评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③术后3个月、6个月组间比较,鼻部皮肤红斑、毛细血管扩张、油脂分泌评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月组间比较,治疗组鼻部皮肤红斑、油脂分泌评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑芩合剂联合鼻部划痕术治疗肺经风热型酒渣鼻疗效满意,可以矫正鼻形,减轻酒渣鼻症状,对于改善局部红斑及皮肤油脂分泌作用更持久。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sangqin Mixture combined with nasal scratch surger in the treatment of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian.Methods:Ninety-five patients of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian were randomly divided into the control group(46 cases)and treatment group(49 cases).The control group was treated with routine nasal scratch surgery,and the treatment group was treated with Sangqin Mixture based on the treatment for the control group.The patients were followed-up at 3,6 and 12 months after operation,the recovery of nasal shape in the two groups was observed,and the scores of nasal skin erythema,telangiectasia,oil secretion and nasal skin thickening were compared.Results:①Six and twelve months after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the overall nasal shape recovery between the two groups(P>0.05).②Compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of nasal skin erythema,telangiectasia,oil secretion and skin thickening in the two groups at 3,6 and 12 months after operation(P<0.05).③Three and six months after operation,there were no statistically significant difference in the scores of nasal skin erythema,telangiectasia and oil secretion between the two groups(P>0.05).Twelve months after operation,the scores of nasal skin erythema and oil secretion in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sangqin Mixture combined with nasal scratch surgery shows good efficacy in the treatment of rosacea with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian,which can correct the nasal shape,alleviate the symptoms of rosacea,and exert more persistent effect on improving local erythema and skin oil secretion.
