系统性红斑狼疮病人脑脊液的研究

STUDY OF CEREBROSPINAL FLUID IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

9例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者作了脑脊液(CSF)检查,免疫学异常较为突出。9例CSF中抗核抗体阳性7例,滴度最高1∶80,平均1∶26。IgG升高8例,6.5~18mg/dl,平均10.34mg/dl;IgA升高3例。免疫复合物阳性7例,平均0.029。抗ds DNA抗体、抗RNP抗体和抗Sm抗体均阴性。本文提示:SLE累及中枢神经系统时常有CSF的免疫学异常;CSF抗核抗体滴度与SLE的中枢神经系统表现有一定联系;CSF数项免疫学指标均显著异常时,常有明显的精神神经症状,预后较差。

The cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of 9 patients with systemic lupus erythernatosus(SLE)was examined.Antinuclear antibodies were positive in 7 patients,the highest titer was 1:80,average 1:26.IgG was elevated in 8 patients,ranging from 6.5 to 18mg/dl,average 10.34mg/dl.IgA was elevated in 3 patients.All anti-dsDNA,anti-RNP or anti-Sm antibodies tested in the CSF were negative.The results showed that immunological abnormalities were frequently seen when SLE involved CNS,and the titers of antinuclear antibodies in the CSF were related to the severity of the CNS disease,the more were the immunological abnormalities of the CSF,the more prominent were the CNS manifestations and the prognosis was poorer.
