经尿道膀胱内超声检查对膀胱上皮肿瘤分期的初步报道

A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON TRANSURETHRAL INTRAVESIGAL ULTRASOUND TOMOGRAPHY IN STAGING BLADDER GARGINOMA

采用介入性实时超声显象仪,经尿道对8例14枚膀胱移行上皮肿瘤按照超声分期标准作检查分期。其中U1者1枚,U2者8枚,U3者4枚,U4者1枚。与临床及病理检查的分期对照,仅1枚超声为U3超过病理的T2者外,余均相符。作者认为经尿道膀胱腔内超声作为膀胱镜的一种补充,是膀胱肿瘤术前分期较为可靠的方法。

By using real time ultrasound scanner,transurethral ultrasonic scanning was done to stage 14 tumors in 8 cases of bladder transitional epithelioma.According to the criteria of ultrasound staging,the images of tumors showed stage U1 in 1 tumor,stage U2 in 8,stage U3 in 4 and stage U4 in 1.Comparing with histopathological staging,the ultrasound findings correlated with the clinical and histopathologicaal results in all instances except 1 with histopathological stage T2 which was classified sonographically as stage U3.In conclusion,intravesical ultrasound tomography is a reliable supplement to cystoscopy in staging bladder carcinoma.
