急性深部脓肿初探

ACUTE DEEP ABSCESS AS A MANIFESTATION OF BONE INFECTION

本文对我院1980~1986年9月间误诊为急性深部脓肿的29例急性血源性骨髓炎进行了分析,探讨深部脓肿的好发部位骨—肌肉—筋膜间区的解剖学,并论证了该间区的骨感染是深部脓肿的主要来源,还从骨感染的不同病理学改变角度,进一步探讨了深部感染的各种临床表现。作者认为深部脓肿很可能是骨感染的一种特殊临床表现形式,如能从骨科角度认识深部感染,则可降低慢性骨髓炎的发生率和病废率和化脓性关节炎的发生率。

Twenty-nine cases of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis were misdiagnosed as acute deep abscess during Jan 1980 to Sept 1986.It was found that most deep abscesses were in bone-muscle-fascia compartment and they originated mainly from bone.The so-called’soft tissue deep abscess’may possibly be a special clinical manifestation of bone abscess.If deep abscess is treated from this point of view the incidence of chronic osteomylitis and septic arthritis will come down.
