闭合复位Ender钉内固定治疗成人股骨干骨折

ENDER’S NAIL FOR INTERNALS, FIXATION OF FEMORAL SHAFT FRACTURE IN ADULTS

本文报道用闭合复位Ender钉内固定治疗成人股骨干骨折22例。此法操作简便,钉从股骨内外髁上插入,既可达到确切固定和早期活动的要求,又有不损伤骨折部骨膜、保持良好血供的特点,并可加快骨折愈合,减少并发症。本组6~8周愈合占30%,9~12周占55%,13~16周占15%,无一例发生深部感染和骨不连接。

Twenty-two cases of femoral-shaft fracture were treated with Ender’s nail internal fixation.One Ender’s nail was driven in through internal malleolus of femur and the other through external malleolus.The healing time were 6-8,9-12 and 13-16 weeks in 30%,55%and 15%of the cases respectively.None of the cases developed deep infec tion or nonunion of the fracture,
