摘要
本文分析了随访一年以上的26例主动脉瓣替换术后的心脏改变。其中,主动脉瓣关闭不全20例,术后左心室显著缩小,心胸比率、左心室长度和厚度等参数均显著降低;主动脉瓣狭窄6例,术后上述参数改变不明显。作者认为,从平片上测量与左心室容量相关的某些参数,在一定程度上可以反映主动脉瓣关闭不全病例术后左心室的功能和预后。
The changes of cardiac size one year after aortic valve replacement were assessed in 26 cases of chronic aortic valve disease.In 20 cases with aortic insufficiency,markreduction of left ventricular(LV)enlargement represented by significant change of cardiothoracic ratio and length and width of left ventricle was observed postoperatively.On the contrary,no remarkable change of the above-mentioned parameters occurred in 6 patients with aortic stenosis.It is believed that some measurements on plain chest film correlate with LV volume which may suggest LV function and prognosis of the patient.
