摘要
本文报告自1982年9月至1986年6月,应用镍钛合金治疗踝关节骨折,鹰嘴骨折等共计75例,收到满意效果。手术方法是将骨折端对位,选好接骨钉,经0~5℃消毒冰水浸泡,并将其拉长0.5cm,使钉的臂部插入骨质钻孔内,加以固定,当局部升温以后,钉形回复并起到加压和牢固固定骨折作用。本器械简单,手术操作方便,手术范围小,创伤少,手术时间短,固定牢度强,是骨折内固定较好的应用材料。
Since Sept 1982,75 cases of fracture of joint(ankle,olecranon,etc.)have been treated with M-shaped staples made of NiTi shape memory alloy.Most patients needed no further immobilization with plaster of Paris so that early ambulation was possible.All the 75 cases obtained bone union 8 weeks later in average.By using the shape-me-mory alloy staples the operations are simplified,with less trauma and time saving and good rigid fixation is achicved.
