白塞氏病合并动脉瘤4例报告

ANEURYSMS IN BEHCET’S DISEASE

本文报道白塞氏病合并动脉瘤4例。4例均男性,26~41岁,均有口腔与生殖器溃疡,其中1例有虹膜睫状体炎。4例中合并锁骨下动脉瘤者2例,髂总动脉瘤2例。4例中有1例未行手术,2例作锁骨下动脉结扎和动脉瘤切除,1例作右髂总动脉瘤切除,真丝人造血管移植,术后均恢复良好。

This paper reports 4 male patients with Behcet’s disease and aneurysms,seen between 1977—1980.Their ages ranged from 21—24.All had scrotal and oral ulcerations,and only one had iritis.The aneurysms were situated at subclavian artery in 2 and at common iliae artery in other 2.Three patients underwent operation,including aneurysmal resection with ligation of the subclavian artery in 2 and silk prosthesis graft of the common iliac artery in 1,with uneventful recovery.
