体外反搏对33例视神经萎缩疗效的初步观察

THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF EXTERNAL COUNTERPULSATION ON OPTIC NERVE ATROPHY: PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON 33 CASES

本文对曾用各种方法治疗无效或无明显进展的33例(57只眼)视神经萎缩患者,进行体外反搏治疗。反搏后,26只眼视力有不同程度改善,占45.6%。其中以缺血性视神经灸或中央动脉栓塞的疗效最佳。结果提示,对血循环障碍引起的视神经萎缩,用体外反搏治疗较为有效。

External counterpulsation(ECP)had been applied to 33 cases of optic nerve atrophy treated by other measures with no or little improvement.Patient’s vision,ERG,VER and fundus findings were used as observative indices.After ECP 26(45.6%)of 57 eyes had various degrees of improvement.The best therapeutic effect was seen in early ischemic optic neuritis or central arterial thrombosis cases while no effect was observed in glaucoma or brain tumor,intoxication and Leber’s disease.Observation suggests that ECP is a comparatively effective therapy for optic nerve atrophy caused by circulatory insufficiency.
