摘要
1976年11月~1982年1月间,作者等为10例三尖瓣下移者进行了手术治疗。除1名病孩因严重紫绀、肺血管发育不全而作上腔静脉-右肺动脉吻合术外,其余9例均采用瓣膜替换术(猪主动脉瓣2例,牛心包膜瓣膜了例)。术后随访3个月~6年,1例施行上腔静脉-右肺动脉吻合术者近期效果较好,2年后出现轻度紫绀、气急及乏力;9例生物瓣膜替换术者恢复良好,症状改善,紫绀消失。作者认为牛心包膜瓣膜较为理想,并对手术指征与方法等进行了讨论。
From Nov 1976 to Jan 1982, 10 patients with Ebstein’s anomaly were treated sur gically. One patient underwent superior vena cave-pulmonary artery anastomosis and 9 patients valve replacement. Among the latter, 6 had typical pathological lesions and the other 3 showed underdevelopment of all three leaflets. Four cases were associated with interatrial septal defect and in 3 cases thrombus was found in right atrium. There were no operative death or serious complications. We preferred bovine valve for replacement because it might be made in any size. The valve prosthesis was placed above coronary sinus, so that no heart block occurred. The operative procedures are described in detail and the pathological anatomy and operative indications are discussed.
