小血管套叠缝接的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文介绍一种新的、改良的小血管缝合方法——三针式套叠缝合法。在100根直径为0.6~1.0mm的大白鼠股动脉的套叠缝合中,其远期通畅率为98%。术后1~82天作了血管造影、光镜及扫描电镜检查。文中对套叠缝合法与端端缝合法的优缺点作了比较,认为前者也是一种通畅率高、操作简便、省时的方法,可在临床推广使用。 A new improved method for anastomosis of small arteries—the three-stitch telescoping anastomosis, is introduced. The long term patency rate was 98% in 100 telescoping anastomoses of rat femoral arteries with diameters of 0.6-1.0 mm. Arteriography and optic and scanning microscopic features were studied 1 to 82 days postoperatively. The advantages and disadvantages of ordinary end-to-end anastomosis and this type of anastomosis are compared. We believe that telescoping anastomosis is a simpler and time saving technique and also has high patency rate. It could be used clinically.
