摘要
本文评价了血清脂质结合唾液酸(LSA)测定对肺癌的诊断价值。先用“双盲法”枪测160例病理血清标本,确定22.5mg NANA/d1(NANA为乙酰神经氨酸)作为鉴別肺癌和“非癌”的临界值。最后,根据组织病理学、痰脱落细胞学、纤维支气管镜等检查结果进行验证。104例肺癌LSA水平为28.50±8.69mgNANA/d1,56例良性疾患为15.79±4.43mg NANA/d1,70名健康人为14.84±2.23mg NANA/d1。前者明显高于后两者(P<0.001),后两者间无显著差异。本法可望作为肺癌和良恶性肺部疾病鉴別诊断的一种手段。
Serum lipid-bound sialic acid(LSA)assay for the detection of lung cancer was evaluated clinically.The determination of serum sialoglycolipids was performed by modified Katopodis-Stock and Svennerholm methods.The LSA levels,28.50±8.69(M±SD)mg NANA/dl in 104 pathologically confirmed lung cancer patients were significantly higher than 15.79±4.43 in 56 patients with non-cancerous lung diseases and 14.84±2.23 in 70 donors.With 22.50 mg/dl as the border-line value for separation of cancer from noncancer cases,it was found that 76.9%of the 104 lung cancer patients and 8.9%of the 56 non-cancer patients had LSA level above the border-line value.The results indicate that LSA assay may be an aid to the differential diagnosis of lung cancer from nonmalignant diseases of lung.
