念珠菌条件致病性的进一步探讨—Ⅱ.机体菌群失调与念珠菌病发病关系的实验性研究

摘要 作者对白念珠菌与人体常见细菌及抗生素三者的相互作用在体外进行了研究。结果显示:(1)氨苄青霉素或羧苄青霉素对白念珠菌的生长无促进或抑制作用;(2)大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、奇异变形杆菌的抗生素敏感株或耐药株均抑制白念珠菌的生长;(3)抗生素对耐药菌株的影响较小。细菌能继续繁殖而抑制白念珠菌的生长;由于抗生素能杀死或抑制敏感菌株,可促使白念珠菌大量繁殖,引起菌群失调,诱发感染。 The interaction of Candida albicans,common bacterial flora of human being and antibiotics was studied by culture in vitro.The results were:(1)ampicillin or carbenicillin did not promote growth of Candida albicans;(2)Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus mirabilis or Escherichia coli inhibited the growth of C.albicans;and(3)ampicillin or carbenicillin killed or inhibited the drug-sensitive bacterial strains so that C.albicans overgrew.Thus Candida growth is enhanced as a result of normal flora disturbance in subjects treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics.This predisposes patients to candidosis and oral antifungal prophylaxis is indicated theoretically.
