摘要
本文报道12例先天性无阴道施行游离皮片阴道成形术的手术方法、时间、注意事项以及植皮成功的条件,加以讨论,并提出建议。
Twelve cases of congenital absence of vagina have been successfully treated with free skin graft vaginoplasty since December 1965.Results obtained were more satisfactory than those of methods used in the past.All have been followed up for at least 6 months after opera tion,the longest being 15 years.The constructed vagina measured on the average 10 cm in depth and 4 cm in diameter with satisfactory sexual life.The operative procedure,pre-and postoperative management of vaginoplasty are described and factors influencing the success of skin graft are discussed,
