正常绝经后妇女外周血清中激素水平的变化

SERUM HORMONE LEVELS IN NORMAL POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN

本文报道应用放射免疫测定法观察正常绝经后妇女103名外周血清中FSH、LH、PRL、雌二醇和睾酮等五种激素的水平。FSH、LH的均值较正常卵泡期显著升高,可作为更年期诊断指标,单独FSH值的显著上升较LH/FSH比值更为可信。PRL均值与正常卵泡朗无明显差异。绝经后雌二醇水平较正常卵泡期水平有显著下降,睾酮水平也有所下降,这些现象可能与卵泡功能衰退有关.

The serum levels of follicular-stimulating hormone(FSH),leuteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin,estradiol and testosterone were analysed by radioimmunoassay(RIA)in 103 normal postmenopausal women.The levels of FSH and LH in postmenopausalwomen were significantly higher than those in the follicular phase of normal mens-truating women.Ninety-five(92.2%)of 103 subjects studied had FSH levels above 15u/L.This suggests FSH assay may be a diagnostic for criterion for the climacteric.The estra-diol in postmenopausal women was reduced to about 11—30%of the value in follicu-lar phase of menstrual cycle,while serum testosterone remained in the normal rangeof premenopausal women.The data indicate that postmenopausal ovary still secretestestosterone but not estradiol.
