胃肠道双对比造影影象的物理学解释及其临床意义

摘要 本文用模型模拟实验方法,结合临床实践,从物理学观点探讨了双对比造影中若干影象的名称、表现、成象机理和诊断意义,为正确认识双造影象提供依据. Double contrast technic was carried out in artificial stomach and other models withvarious‘lesions’,and the images were compared with those observed in clinical roent-genography.Basing upon these data and laying special emphasis on the physics of fluids,the authors suggest that more accurate and detailed interpretations be given to the signsand phenomena encountered in GI double contrast studies,such as ring,rail,hangingdroplet,kissing,bowler hat,tide-rock,etc.Furthermore,certain phenomena includinghypostatic barium accumulation,collection of barium in angular recess,ad-gravitationalwall,ab-gravitational wall,etc.should be employed to elucidate the sites of occurrence aswell as the physico-clinical principles governing the emergence of the aforenamed signsin GI double contrast roentgenograms.
