二联律法则及其变异型

THE RULE OF BIGEMINY AND ITS VARIANTS

某些早搏仅在长周期后出现,命之为二联律法则.本文介绍了有关这类二联律法则的多种表现.同时发现:(1)一例短阵性尖端扭转型室性心动过速也具有类似特性,(2)一些早搏仅在短周期之后出现,(3)一些早搏与另一异位冲动(以逸搏或早搏形式)的出现有关,而与前周期长短无关.作者把这些现象命之为二联律法则的变异型。并对二联律法则及其变异型产生的可能机理,心电图表现及临床意义作了简要的讨论。

The precipitation of a premature beat(PB)is favoured by a preceding long R-Rinterval.Protean patterns different from“The Rule of Bigeminy”were illustrated inthis article.We discovered(1)in the case of“Torsades de pointe”its appearanceobeyed the rule,(2)PB may follow a preceding shorter cycle,and(3)some PBs tendto follow an ectopic beat(either escape or PB)and unrelated with the length of thepreceding R-R interval.We named these phenomena as“Variants of the Rule ofBigeminy”.Their mechanism and clinical significance were discussed briefly.
