一种类似于乙型肝炎病毒的鸭病毒

A VIRUS IN DUCKS SIMILAR TO HUMAN HEPATITIS B VIRUS

在鸭血清中,发现一种类似于乙型肝炎病毒的鸭病毒(DHBV)。此病毒有两种形态:一种是直径为40~45毫微米球形颗粒,外貌与Dane颗粒相似,结构清晰;另一种是直径在35~50毫微米较丰满而表面较粗糙的圆形颗粒。DHBV含有内源DNA聚合酶和双链DNA,DNA大小在0.5微米左右.病毒的表面与HBsAg有部分交叉反应。DHBV见于江苏、上海、广西等地区和各品种的鸭血清中,可能和土拨鼠肝炎病毒、金花鼠肝炎病毒、人的乙型肝炎病毒属于同一类病毒。有可能成为研究HBV的繁殖复制和发病机理的有效的模型。

A virus given the name duck hepatitis B virus(DHBV)similar to human HBVhas been found in the sera of various ducks.There are two morphological types of thisvirus.One is spherical,having a diameter of 40-45 nm,and is similar to Dane par-ticle under electronmicroscope.The other is roughly spherical,with a diameter of 35-50nm.The virus contains endogenous DNA polymerase and double strand DNA with alength of 0.5μm.There is partial antigenic crossreaction between the surface of DHBVand HBsAg.It is possible that DHBV belongs to a family of virus which includeswoodchuck hepatitis virus(WCHV)and human HBV and may be used for experimentalstudy of HBV.
