织布噪声对退休工人的听力损伤和听觉外影响的探讨

LOOM NOISE INDUCED HEARING LOSS AND NON AUDITORY EFFECTS IN RETIRED WEAVERS

本文从听力学和发病方面对771名织布噪声作业退休工人进行了研究,检出噪音性耳聋的发生率为67%,其中轻度噪音性聋占47.8%,中度噪音性聋占18.3%,重度噪音性聋占0.9%.从病史调查分析发现,噪声组在主观听觉损伤、神经衰弱、高血压、胃肠消化吸收功能降低、视力明显减退、月经不调、功能性低热的发病率均有明显升高。本文提示织布噪声对终身作业工人永久性听力损伤的严重程度,并初步证明噪声对听党外系统可产生一定的影响.

551 retired weavers were examined and questioned for noise-induced hearing lossand non-auditory impairments.The noise levels in 10 weaving rooms of 7 cottonmills were recorded to be 102-104 dB(A)with peak centered at 2 kHz.Of the 551retired weavers,47.8% had mild hearing impairment(25-40 dB),18.3% moderateimpairment(41-70 dB)and 0.9% severe impairment(>70 dB).Questionaire abouthistory of diseases revealed that the incidences of tinnitus,neurasthenia,hypertension,dyspepsia,impaired vision,abnormal menstruation and low grade fever were signifi-cantly higher than those of the retired workers without a history of occupationalnoise contact.
