表皮细胞、纤维细胞与淋巴细胞混合培养——异体、自体皮肤混合移植的研究

摘要 本实验在8对人体间进行了表皮细胞与淋巴细胞混合培养以及混合淋巴细胞培养韵研究,并应用本实验室培育的人体真皮纤维细胞株,进行了4对无关个体间纤维细胞与淋巴细胞的混合培养的研究。实验表明人体表皮细胞、淋巴细胞混合培养较混合淋巴细胞培养具有更高的刺激指数。以~3H-TdR掺入后之cpm计数发现前者之刺激指数为后者之6.9倍,表明表皮细胞的强抗原性.纤维细胞与异体淋巴细胞混合培养呈阴性反应。 Mixed lymphocytes cultures(MLC)and mixed skin epidermal cells-lymphocytescultures(MSLC)were done in 8 pairs and mixed fibroblasts and lymphocytes cultures(MFLC)in 4 pairs of non-related individuals.By quantitative determinations,the valueof~3H-TdR incorporation of MSLC far exceeded that of the MLC,the average stimula-tion index of MSLC was 6.9 times that of MLC.All the MFLC revealed negativeresponse.The data indicate the extremely strong antigenicity of the skin epidermal cells,but on the contrary,the fibroblasts neither exert effect on the blast formation norenhance the assimilation of DNA of their corresponding allolymphocytes.This resultwell explains the clinical phenomenon that the allocpidcrmis is rejected more readilythan the allodermis.
