对老年人体液免疫学方面的一些观察

AGE ASSOCIATED CHANGES IN INDICES OF HUMORAL IMMUNITY

本文观察了51例临床健康老年人体液免疫功能变化的部分情况。包括血液内IgG、IgA、IgM、RF、ANF、CH50、C3含量的平均值。同时观察了与炎症有关的两种蛋白酶抑制剂,α1AT(抗胰蛋白酶)和α2M(巨球蛋白)。并与献血员进行对照.发现老年人血液内IgG、IgA、IgM、CH50、α2M含量的平均值均较献血员增高,而C3、α1AT均较献血员降低.说明老年人的免疫功能变化,不仅是细胞免疫,而且也有体液免疫的显著变化。

51 cases of clinically healthy aged were studied for their indices of humoral immu-nity,including immunoglobulins,complements,auto-antibodies and two protease inhibi-tots,namely,α1-antitrypsin andα2-macroglobulin.The mean estimated values of these immunologic indices were compared with those of 200 adult donors.It was found that the mean values of blood IgG,IgA,IgM,CH50 andα2M were significantly higher in the aged than in the donors while those of C3 andα1 AT were significantly lower.It was shown that the immunologic changes in the aged included not only cellular but also humoral immunity.
