上腔静脉综合征的外科治疗——带不锈钢环人造血管移植术4例报告

OPERATION FOR SUPERIOR VENA CAVA OBSTRUCTION SYNDROME——REPLACEMENT OF RESECTED VEIN BY WIRE REINFORCED PROSTHESIS IN 4 CASES

本文报告4例慢性静脉炎所致上腔静脉阻塞的外科治疗,用带不锈钢环人造血管替代上腔静脉。术后随访10年以上,远期疗效满意。对上腔静脉的外科治疗和静脉代用品等问题进行了讨论,认为带环人造血管值得推荐。

The authors introduced the surgical procedure of resection of obstructed part of vena cava and replacement by Dacron prosthesis encircled with stainless steel rings to prevent fibrotic constriction of prosthesis post-operatively.This operation was done in 4 cases with superior vena cava obstruction due to chronic thrombophlebitis.All 4 patients have been followed up for more than 10 years with satisfactory results.
