摘要
心肌保护在心脏外科手术中具有重要的作用,良好的心肌保护液灌注装置在灌注过程中承担灌注和冷却的功能,为手术中的心肌保护和术后恢复提供保障,是心外科手术成功的强大助力。针对现有的心肌保护液灌注装置所存在的问题,并基于临床需求,设计了一款新型小儿心肌保护液灌注装置,制备了样品。经系列性能测试结果表明,所研制的小儿心肌保护液灌注装置,在物理性能、化学性能以及生物性能等方面,均满足行业标准的要求。
Myocardium protection plays an important role in cardiac surgeries.A good perfusion device of myocardial protective liquid bears the role of perfusion and cooling in the perfusion process,which provides protection for myocardium during surgery and postoperative recovery.So,it is a powerful aid to the success of cardiac surgery.Base on the clinical applications and the comparison of domestic and foreign products,a new type of perfusion device of myocardial protective liquid for children was designed and the sample was prepared.The results of a series of performance tests show that the device meets the requirements of industry standards in terms of physical,chemical,and biological properties.
