摘要
随着工业自动化的迅速发展,自动分拣和机械手的普及也在迅速扩大,自动分拣系统的应用可以提高分拣速度和效率。文章利用PLC和Factory IO设计了一种自动分拣系统,该系统主要对不同大小的货箱和不同颜色的物料进行分拣,由PLC为核心控制,加上组态王监控系统,实时获取分拣系统的运行信息,提高分拣的效率和速度。
With the rapid development of industrial automation,the popularity of automatic sorting and manipulator is also expanding rapidly.The application of automatic sorting system can improve the sorting speed and efficiency.This paper mainly uses PLC and Factory IO to design an automatic sorting system.This system mainly sorts containers of different sizes and materials of different colors.PLC is the core control,and Kingview monitoring system is added to obtain the running information of the sorting system in real time,so as to improve the sorting efficiency and speed.
