摘要 培智学校职业转衔教育是推进培智学生进入职业生活和社会生活的关键一环,如何将学生培养成能胜任社会岗位的人是培智学校职业教育重要教育课题之一。中山市特殊教育学校办有培智高中部,多年来该校培智高中部都以培养学生职业能力和生存能力为目标,探索适合残疾学生的职业培养方式,逐步形成“基础知识学习阶段—核心能力培养阶段—职业能力、职业素养实践阶段”的“三段式”职业教育课程模式,有助于培智学生从学校到工作岗位顺利转衔。 Vocational title transfer education in mentally retarded schools is a key link to promoting mentally retarded students to enter professional life and social life.How to train students to be competent for social posts is one of the important educational topics in vocational education in mentally retarded schools.Zhongshan Special Education School has a Senior High School for Mentally Retarded Students.For many years,the Senior High School for Mentally Retarded Students has been aiming at cultivating students’professional ability and survival ability,actively exploring vocational training methods suitable for disabled students,and gradually forming a“three-stage”vocational education curriculum model of“basic knowledge learning stagecore competence training stage-professional ability and professional accomplishment practice stage”,which helps mentally retarded students to transfer their titles from school to work smoothly.
