新时代卓越教师的融合教育能力及培养 被引量:3

摘要 创设融合教育环境,推动教育公平,促进特殊儿童与普通儿童融合,是新时代背景下对卓越教师提出的新挑战。新时代卓越教师融合教育能力培养出现职前阶段融合教育相关课程设置不足;在职培养缺乏系统性和督导评价机制;职前与在职培养缺乏连贯性的问题。建议完善职前与在职培养的课程体系,重视职前职后培养一体化;改革卓越教师融合教育能力培养模式;完善相关法规政策,突出卓越教师融合教育能力培养的强制性要求。 Creating an inclusive education environment,promoting educational equity,and promoting the integration of special children and ordinary children are new challenges for excellent teachers in the new era.In the new era,the ability training of excellent teachers in integrated education has the problems of insufficient curriculum related to integrated education in the pre-service stage;lack of systematic and supervision and evaluation mechanism for in-service training;and lack of coherence between pre-service and in-service training.It is suggested to improve the curriculum system of pre-employment and on-the-job training,and attach importance to the integration of pre-employment and post-employment training;reform the training mode of excellent teachers’integrated education ability;improve relevant laws and policies,and highlight the mandatory requirements for the cultivation of excellent teachers’ability to integrate education.
