教师课程思政综合能力的内涵特征、现实困境与实现路径——以特殊教育学科教师为中心 被引量:1

摘要 教师是课程思政的主力军,教师课程思政综合能力包括三个方面,分别是挖掘课程思政元素的能力、课程思政元素和专业知识良好结合到一起的能力,提炼课程思政规律等。特殊教育学科教师应搭建专业教育和思政教育的沟通桥梁,引导学生树立正确的价值观和特殊儿童观。当前,受各种因素的影响,教师对课程思政的重视程度不够、教师的马克思主义素养水平尚浅、教师课程思政内容的层次结构有待清晰、教师课程思政设计能力相对缺乏等问题,是提升教师课程思政综合能力的现实困境。因此,教师应深入挖掘课程思政元素,提升马克思主义理论素养,改善课程思政的技能技巧,以适应当前课程思政的总体要求。 Teachers are the main force of curriculum ideological and political education.Teachers’comprehensive ability of curriculum ideological and political education includes three aspects,namely,the ability to excavate curriculum ideological and political elements,the ability to combine curriculum ideological and political elements with professional knowledge,and the ability to refine curriculum ideological and political laws.Teachers of special education should build a bridge between professional education and ideological and political education,and guide students to establish correct values and special children’s views.At present,under the influence of various factors,teachers do not pay enough attention to curriculum ideological and political education,teachers’Marxist literacy level is still shallow,the hierarchical structure of teachers’curriculum ideological and political content needs to be clear,teachers’curriculum ideological and political design ability is relatively lacking and other problems,which are the real dilemma of improving teachers’curriculum ideological and political comprehensive ability.Therefore,teachers should dig deeply into the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,improve the theoretical quality of Marxism,and improve the skills of ideological and political curriculum to meet the overall requirements of current ideological and political curriculum.
