摘要
智力障碍者不仅大脑认知功能受损,而且社会情绪发展网络也有可能受损。文章通过梳理与分析该群体的情绪情感问题,目前研究显示,智力障碍者存在的情绪发展滞后和不均衡、理解和辨识基本情绪和情境情绪的能力受损、情绪自我感知和调节不足、不安全和混乱的依恋是促使其爆发攻击性行为的重要影响因素。未来应在智力障碍者的整体教育计划中纳入认知和情绪发展水平的双重评估,并重视该群体的心理健康及其攻击性行为的管理和干预。
People with intellectual disabilities may not only have impaired cognitive function but also social-emotional developmental networks.This article combs and analyzes the emotional and emotional problems of intellectual disability.Current research shows that the presence of lagging and uneven emotional development,impaired ability to understand and recognize basic and situational emotions,inadequate emotional self-perception and regulation,and insecure and confusing attachments in individuals with intellectual disabilities are important influences that contribute to outbursts of aggressive behavior.In the future,a dual assessment of cognitive and emotional development levels should be included in the overall educational program for individuals with intellectual disabilities,and attention should be paid to the mental health of this group and the management and intervention of their aggressive behaviors.
