教育部最新出台的《关于加强残疾儿童少年义务教育阶段随班就读工作的指导意见》(以下简称《指导意见》),明确提出了新时代党和国家对随班就读工作的质量要求,对实现特殊教育公平而有质量发展具有重大意义。如何落实《指导意见》精神,破解质量不高的尴尬现状?文章借鉴我国研究教育和教学问题的经典专著《学记》中“长善救失”思想,结合世界主流教育理念,分析“长善救失”思想的内涵意义,以此揭示该思想对新时代随班就读教育教学的启示。
