呈现、互动与舆论——《北洋官报》之副产品与文献传播

作为清末最具代表性的地方政府官报,《北洋官报》在出版正刊的同时,依据一定的周期,结合社会转型时期政治形势发展,出版了《北洋学报》《北洋法政学报》《北洋政学旬报》《北洋官话报》《北洋法政官话报》等副产品。这些副产品与《北洋官报》都扮演着信息源或文献传递之角色。它们对于推动文献传播、智识传递、民众启迪、资源整合、信息互动、舆论引导等方面发挥了功用,部分程度上黏合了文化媒介与基层民众,在通内外、通上下、通中西中发挥了民众动员和社会启蒙作用。

As the most representative local government official newspaper in the late Qing Dynasty,Beiyang Official Newspaper not only publishes its main publication,according to a certain period of time,combined with the development of political situation in the period of social transformation,but also publishes Beiyang Journal,Beiyang Journal of Law and Politics,Beiyang Decade of Political Science,Beiyang Mandarin Dialect,Beiyang Law and Politics Dialect,etc.These publications and Beiyang Official Newspaper both play the role of information source or document transmission.Their publication status and the role they play in newspaper reading and propaganda are another level of document dissemination.Those by-products have played a role in promoting the dissemination of literature,intellectual transmission,public enlightenment,resource integration,information interaction,public opinion guidance and so on.To some extent,they have bonded the cultural media with the grass-roots people,and played a role of mobilization and social enlightenment in the communication between China and the West.
