The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is a new political party system growing out of the soil of China,whose most essential feature and greatest advantage lie in the leadership of the CPC.The new political party system in China was gradually formed in the course of the turbulent development of modern modernization in China.In the process of advancing the Chinese revolution,the CPC has achieved creative application and innovative development in theory,practice,and systems.It has gradually achieved a comprehensive transcendence over other political subjects in the interaction of multiple subjects,established its leadership in a new political party system,and been finally institutionalized and affirmed in the formof the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)system.Under the leadership of the CPC,the new political party system has transcended the existing political party system and contributed Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the development of human political civilization.
