建筑工程甲方针对防水质量管理的分析

Analysis of Waterproof Quality Management in Construction Engineering

从建筑工程实践角度来看,防水质量管理是不可缺少的环节,甲方需要明确防水质量管理规范,关注设备运行和具体施工责任,保证质量管控的完善性。本文以厦门天马显示科技有限公司第6代柔性AMOLED生产线项目总标一标段——面板厂房作为研究案例,针对防水质量管理进行深入研究,并提出符合工程需求的管理措施,为工程质量稳定提升创造良好条件,达到工程高质量发展的理想目标。

From the angle of construction engineering practice,waterproof quality management is an indispensable link,party A needs to clarify the waterproof quality management norms,pay attention to the operation of equipment and specific construction responsibilities,to ensure the integrity of quality control.In this paper,we take the first part of the general project of the sixth generation flexible AMOLED production line-panel factory building of Xiamen Tianma Display Technology Co.,Ltd.as a case study,and make an in-depth study on waterproof quality management,the management measures in line with the project demand are put forward to create good guarantee for the stable promotion of the project quality and to achieve the ideal goal of high-quality development of the project.
