摘要
研究胶铆混合连接方式对碳纤维薄壁加筋支承舱结构的极限承载能力的影响。通过建立一种简化的胶铆混合连接支承舱的有限元模型,考虑了胶接界面损伤和复材层合板渐进损伤以及螺栓失效,对结构破坏模式与极限承载能力影响因素进行了较为详细的分析。与试验数据对比,仿真预测失效载荷与试验值误差在10%以内。对于胶铆混合连接的支承舱结构,胶结界面脱粘可能成为主要的破坏模式。
The effect of glue-riveted hybrid connection on the ultimate load-carrying capacity of thin-walled reinforced truncated conical shell structures was studied in this paper.By establishing a simplified finite element model of glue-riveted mixed connections,the damage of the bonded interface,the damage of the composite laminate and the failure of the bolts were considered,and the structural failure mode and the influencing factors of the ultimate bearing capacity were analyzed in detail.Compared with the test data,the error of the simulation prediction failure load and the test value was within 10%.In conclusion,for the glue-riveted mixed support cabin structure,the debonding of the glued interface can become the main failure mode.
