运载火箭分离体落点控制器的仿真测试方法

摘要 针对目前运载火箭分离体落点控制器设备接口多样、软件测试复杂等特点,以某型火箭落点控制器为目标对象,设计了一种基于动态仿真测试的控制器测试方案,利用实时扩展系统(RTX)的实时操作系统、串口仿真卡等设备模拟落点控制器的全部外围电气接口,建立一套包含火箭子级起飞前控制器数据装订、火箭子级主动段和被动段运动的全过程仿真测试流程,实现落点控制器长时间、周期测试及飞控软件多工况拉偏打靶试验,提高了箭载落点控制器的测试覆盖性及数据可信度,可满足运载火箭落点控制器电性能测试工作,设计方法给同类型设备测试提供了较好的思路,具有一定的推广价值。 The characteristics of the landing controller for the carrier-separated body were excluded and complicated.Targeting a certain type of rocket landing controller,this paper proposed a scheme to solve the dynamic simulation test.Utilizing the RTX real-time operation,serial port card and other types of equipment,the peripheral electrical interfaces of the landing controller were established.The simulation test system provided full-time simulation signals for the landing controller.This method realized the continuous periodic test of hardware and the multi-condition pull-off shooting test of the flight control software.The simulation results show that it can significantly improve the landing controller's test coverage and data validity,which satisfies the requirements of the landing controller's electrical test.The simulation test system provides an innovative idea for testing the same type of equipment,which is worth being widely used.
