Convenient Maintenance Handling Tools for Astronauts in Space Environment

针对航天员着舱外航天服舱外搬运产品的问题,提出了可用于搬运多种构型产品的专用搬运工具,配合产品上安装的专用锁紧座,实现舱外产品搬运的方案。以航天员舱外操作能力为约束条件,利用凸轮往复原理,设计了一种可快速与产品连接锁紧及分离解锁的搬运工具。该工具操作简单,便于舱外携带。经实物验证及航天员工效评价,表明搬运工具能够与产品可靠连接,能够完成搬运多种构型产品的操作。

To solve the problem that astronauts wear extravehicular spacesuits to carry products,special handling tools that can be used to transport products of various configurations are proposed,and the special locking seats installed on the products are used to realize the solution of extravehicular product handling.Based on the astronaut’s extravehicular operation ability as a constraint,using the CAM reciprocating principle,a kind of handling tool is designed which can be quickly connected with the product,locked,separated and unlocked.The tool is easy to operate,easy to carry outside the space station.After physical verification and ergonomic evaluation,it is shown that the handling tool can be connected with the product reliably,and astronauts can use the handling tool to carry multiple configurations of products.
