摘要
空间站运行在300~500 km的低地球轨道(LEO)上,该轨道特有的强氧化性、大通量、高能量的原子氧(AO)会对柔性太阳翼柔性基板表面的聚酰亚胺材料造成侵蚀,从而导致结构损伤。对几种柔性基板AO防护技术的特点进行了描述,同时结合柔性基板的特点及其应用环境,建立了柔性基板AO防护层的评价体系和方法,为后续开展类似产品的研制提供参考。
The space station operates in Low Earth Orbit(LEO)of 300-500 km,where strong oxidized,high flux and high energy atomic oxygen(AO)will erode the polyimide material on the surface of the solar wing’s flexible substrate,resulting in structural damage.In this paper,the characteristics of several flexible substrate atomic oxygen protection technologies are described,and combined with the characteristics of flexible substrate and its application environment,the evaluation system and method of flexible substrate atomic oxygen protection layer is established,which provides reference for the subsequent development of similar products.
