摘要
空间站柔性太阳电池阵,在收拢压紧和抗发射段力学环境方式上,与传统刚性或半刚性太阳电池阵有很大区别,通过收拢压紧在具有缓冲性能的收藏箱内以抵抗发射段产生的振动载荷。提出了一种柔性太阳电池翼发射段抗振的设计方案,并通过小型样机的设计、仿真和试验验证,验证了设计方案的合理性以及参数选择的正确性,并在空间站产品上成功应用。
The method of flexible solar array antivibration was a very different from traditional rigid solar array and semi-rigid solar array.Solar panels were protected by collection box which could vibration resistance well.The way of flexible solar array antivibration was presented by this paper.New model of flexible solar array was designed,simulation and tested.The results were showed complete rational and right.This method of flexible solar array design had been succeeded on space station.
