摘要
针对嫦娥五号轨道器3000 N发动机工作会导致周围结构温度偏高的问题,进行发动机热防护设计。采用高温隔热屏、中高温多层隔热组件、隔热垫等热控措施,解决了3000 N发动机热防护设计问题,并对热防护设计进行了仿真分析和热试车验证。仿真和试验结果表明隔热屏能有效阻隔3000 N发动机的热影响,验证了热防护设计的有效性。
A heat shield for 3000 N engine of Chang’e-5 orbiter is designed to solve the problem of high temperature in components around the engine caused by engine operation.Several measures of thermal control are used to settle the thermal protection problem,e.g.,heat shield for high temperature,multilayer insulation components for medium-high temperature,and thermal isolators,the thermal simulation and hot-firing test are performed to verify the thermal protection design.The simulation and test results show that the heat shield can effectively block the thermal impact of 3000 N engine,verifying that the thermal protection design is valid.
