System Design and Key Technologies of Millimeter-Wave High-Precision InSAR Satellite

摘要 随着极区环境的变化,经济全球化的不断发展,极区的重要价值不断凸显,已成为各大国关注的焦点。美、欧等国家和地区通过多边合作已具备极地快速覆盖探测能力,而我国在极区缺乏综合探测手段,急需发展极区专用探测卫星,提升我国极区综合探测能力。毫米波高精度干涉SAR卫星单星部署交轨、顺轨两种干涉天线,能够同时获取观测目标的高度和测速信息,具备集约、高效等优点,可实现重点观测区域的长期综合测绘,填补我国天基极区遥感高精度测绘手段空白,实现高纬度地区全天时全天候观测。 With the change of polar environment and the continuous development of economic globalization,the important value of polar regions is becoming more and more prominent,and has become the attention focus of major countries.Developed countries such as the United States have achieved rapid polar coverage detection capabilities through multilateral cooperation.However,China lacks comprehensive detection methods in polar regions.It is urgent to develop special detection satellites for polar observing to enhance the comprehensive detection capabilities of China.Millimeter-wave high-precision interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)satellite deploys two kinds of interferometric antennas,i.e.,cross-track and along-track,which can obtain the altitude and velocity information of observation targets at the same time.With the advantages of integration,simplicity,and high efficiency,InSAR satellite can be applied to the long-term comprehensive surveying and mapping of key observation areas.It fills the blank of space-based high-precision remote sensing surveying and mapping methods for polar observing,and realizes all-weather observations in high-latitude regions.
