液体火箭输送系统用过滤网流阻特性研究

摘要 为了提升液体火箭输送系统流道防控随机性多余物能力,设计了一种适应于大流量输送系统用过滤网,开展了过滤网流阻特性优化分析,建立了适应大流量过滤网阻力特性试验系统,针对过滤网有效流通面积系数、液流速度与过滤网局部阻力损失之间的关系开展试验研究。试验结果表明:过滤网局部阻力损失随液流速度增加而变大,随过滤网有效流通面积系数减小而增加,其局部阻力损失可控制在2~11 kPa,与理论计算分析预示一致性较好。该研究对后续工程应用具有实际的参考价值。 A filer net suitable for mass flow delivery system is designed in order to improve the capacity of controlling random remnant material for liquid rocket delivery system. The characteristics of the flow resistance of the net are analyzed theoretically,and the test system for such filter net is established. The relationship among the effective flow-area coefficient,the liquid-flow velocity,and the local resistance loss of the filter net is studied. The results show that the local resistance loss of the filter net increases with the increase in the liquid-flow velocity while the decrease in the effective flow-area coefficient. The local resistance loss can be controlled in a limited range from 2 kPa to 11 kPa,which agrees well with the prediction of theoretical calculation. The results have practical reference value for consequent engineering applications.
