大直径小弯曲半径薄壁不锈钢弯头胀形研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对运载火箭增压输送系统大直径小弯曲半径薄壁弯头零件,采用充液胀形弯曲工艺,旨在消除传统半管对焊工艺中的焊缝,提高产品质量、可靠性和生产效率。通过理论分析和数值仿真方法指导工艺试验,对预制管坯尺寸、模具结构和成形压力等关键参数进行优化,研制了合格样件。研究结果表明:充液胀形弯曲工艺生产效率高,工艺稳定性好,可有效提高大径厚比弯头零件的成形性,非常适合薄壁小半径弯头零件的加工。 The hydraulic bulging-bending process is adopted for thin-walled elbow with large diameter and small bending radius in the pressurization feed system of launch vehicles to eliminate the weld seam in the traditional half-pipe butt welding process and improve the product quality,reliability,and production efficiency. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to guide the process test,and the key parameters such as the tube blank size,the die structure,and the forming pressure are optimized,and qualified sample piece is developed. The results show that the hydraulic bulging-bending process has high production efficiency and good process stability,can effectively improve the formability of elbow with large diameter-thickness ratio,and is very suitable for the processing of thin-walled elbow with small bending radius.
