薄壁加筋结构在舱体侧壁搭载发射装置的应用

摘要 一箭多星发射技术,是指用一枚火箭一次发射将多颗卫星送入预定轨道的技术。在运载能力和包络允许的条件下,采用一箭多星搭载发射方式能便于多颗卫星入轨后迅速组网,适应星座快速部署的要求,同时可以缩短单颗卫星的发射周期并减少发射费用,是降低运载火箭发射成本的一个重要途径。本文给出了一种运载火箭支承舱侧壁搭载发射装置,搭载星置于支承舱侧壁、主星整流罩和主星围成的扇形空间里,通过搭载星适配器、搭载支架等与支承舱侧壁相连接。对搭载发射装置进行强度分析,并开展静力试验验证,具有良好的一致性。 The technology of launching multiple satellites with one launch vehicle refers to the technology of using one launch vehicle to send multiple satellites into the preset orbit in a launch. If the carrying capacity and the envelope permit,this launching mode can reduce the launch period of a single satellite and lower the launch cost. In this paper,a rideshare launcher on the side wall of the supporting module is provided. The rideshare satellites are placed in the fanshaped space enclosed by the side wall of the supporting module,the fairing of the primary satellite,and the primary satellite,and connects with the side wall of the supporting module through the rideshare satellite adapter,the rideshare holder,etc. The strength of the rideshare launcher is analyzed,and static tests are carried out. The results show good consistency.
