摘要
为适应运载火箭多星发射的任务需求,提高火箭运载能力,优化多星发射布局结构,给出了一种运载火箭多星并联布局发射支承舱,提出了由舱体、梁系安装平台和连接环构成的多星并联布局发射方案。对支承舱结构进行力学仿真分析,并开展静力、振动试验进行验证,试验与仿真分析结果具有较好的一致性。本研究对于解决并联卫星之间耦合影响的难题有一定的参考价值。
A multi-payload supporting module is put forward to meet the mission requirements of multi-satellite launch of launch vehicles,improve the carrying capacity of rocket,and optimize the multi-payload structure,and a multi-payload launch scheme composed of supporting cabin body,multi-beam system,and transition rings is proposed.The supporting module is analyzed by mechanical simulation,and static and vibration tests are carried out to verify the results. It is shown that the results of the tests and simulation analysis agree well with each other. The study has some reference value for overcoming the puzzles of coupling effects among multi-payload satellites.
