摘要
高质量发展是世界各国高等学校职前教师教育的共同追求。美国高等学校职前教师教育的高质量发展表明:长期以来,社会责任担当与创新驱动发展是美国高等学校解决职前教师教育发展过程中一切问题的基础和关键,也是其高质量发展的历史逻辑。其理论逻辑则体现在高质量发展的根本落脚点是将教师教育项目建设成为质量文化浓郁的以学生为中心的学习型组织,其中,以学生为中心是其内在需求,质量文化提供根本保证,学习型组织为依托平台。其实践逻辑则表现为基于绩效标准与教学大纲实现学生高水平学术理论学习和教学实践能力发展的动态平衡,其中,高水平的课程集群是核心载体,绩效标准与教学大纲是质量底线,同步进行学术课程学习与教学实习是高质量发展的必由之路。
High quality development is the common pursuit of pre-service teacher education of universities all over the world.The internal logic of high-quality development of pre-service teacher education in American colleges and universities shows that social responsibility and innovation-driven development are the basis and key to solve all problems in the development of preservice teacher education in American colleges and universities for a long time,and also the historical logic of high-quality development.The theoretical logic is reflected in the fundamental foothold of high-quality development,which is to build teacher education projects into student-centered learning organizations with strong quality culture.Student-centered is its internal demand,quality culture provides a fundamental guarantee,and learning organizations are the supporting platform.The practice logic is based on the performance standards and syllabus to realize the dynamic balance between students'high-level academic and theoretical learning and the development of teaching practice ability.The high-level curriculum cluster is the core carrier,and the performance standards and syllabus are its quality bottom line.Synchronizing academic curriculum learning and teaching practice is the only way to high-quality development.
