摘要
近年来,随着博士生招生规模的扩大,博士生培养质量正受到越来越多人的关注。为了解博士生学术指导模式和师生关系满意度,本研究对1409名博士生进行了问卷调查,研究发现,根据控制性和支持性两个维度,博士生导师指导风格可以分为紧密型、民主型、控制型和松散型四种类别。学术指导模式和师生关系满意度受三大类因素即环境与组织文化因素、学生个人因素和导师个人因素的综合影响,改变不利于博士生发展的指导模式和互动关系,对于提升整个博士生培养质量具有重要意义。
In recent years,with the expansion of doctoral enrollment scale,the quality of doctoral training is attracting more and more attention.In order to understand the doctoral student’s academic guidance mode and the satisfaction of the teacherstudent relationship,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1409 doctoral students.The research found that according to the two dimensions of controlling and supporting,doctoral supervisor’s guidance style can be divided into four types:tight,democratic,controlling and relaxed.The academic guidance model and the satisfaction degree of teacher-student relationship are influenced by three major factors:environment and organizational culture,students’personal factors and supervisors’personal factors.It is of great significance to change the guidance model and interaction relationship which is not conducive to the development of doctoral students.
