摘要
职业本科能满足经济社会发展对高层次技术技能型人才的需要,回应广大人民群众对就业和教育的需求,顺应世界职业教育和高等教育发展趋势,因此发展职业本科势在必行。直面当前对职业本科认识的局限性,要清楚认识到职业本科的不可替代性,即与其他本科在发展逻辑、发挥的社会功能、职业面向、教育类型、人才培养模式、学术属性等方面具有根本差异。文章在正本清源的基础上,提出如下职业本科发展策略:推进职业本科人才培养模式创新、优化职业本科专业设置与目录管理、促进职业本科课程建设与改革。
Vocational undergraduate Programme can meet the needs of economic and social development for high-level skilled talents,respond to the changes of people’s demand for employment and education,and conform to the development trend of world vocational education and higher education,so it is imperative to develop vocational undergraduate course.To face the limitations of the current vocational undergraduate,we should clearly recognize the irreplaceable nature of vocational undergraduate,that is,it is fundamentally different from other undergraduate in terms of development logic,social function,career orientation,education type,talent training mode,academic attribute,etc.Based on deep analysis,this paper puts forward the following development strategies:promoting the innovation of talent training mode,optimizing the specialty setting and catalog management,and promoting the curriculum construction and reform.
